‘Book of change’ on hic et nunc
In April I began to tokenize what I call ‘Book of change’ on hic et nunc that is a NFT-platform on the Tezos blockchain. The book consists of pages with fiction, theory and images and its content circles around the notion of change. In my opinion it is the most experimental, honest and challenging work I have tokenized to date. It’s a way to catch up on what I am researching since I make the NFTs from day to day whenever I feel like, very much like a open artist diary.

The book is in line with my thoughts on experiments on what NFT technology can be used for and is a way to document my artistic intention over longer periods of time.
Send your Tezos address to my mail and I will send you an example. If you have friends who might want to have some raw unfiltered art then tell them to send me their Tezos address to.
My sculpture ‘The unprecedented II/V’ has been installed in the sculpture collection of Museum of Crypto Art. The sculpture garden is a labyrinth and is located in Decentraland a blockchain based open world. You can see the sculpture garden and ‘The unprecedented II/V’ by following this link:
Museum of Crypto Art has been collecting my work since I began creating NFTs in early 2019 and its a honor to be included in their sculpture garden.
I still have three of the sculptures in the Unprecedented series for sale on Superrare. Follow the links bellow if you are interested in seeing them:
Remembrance of future past
For those of you who did not make it to the opening of my sound art release ‘Remembrance of future past’ in Cryptovoxels last month I have made a video presentation of the installation. The release was done in collaboration with DAOrecords.
What is happening next
I am working an an exhibition with physical paintings that is going to be presented in August/September. Its the fist physical show I do with my own work in three years. Back in 2018 I came to the conclusion that creating physical shows was to time consuming and that I should rather focus on creating my artworks and then someone else could collect it and present it if needed sometime in the future.
Lately there has been reneved interest in my physical work and I have been asked to present it again. Because of this I have planed to present my work in physical exhibitions but this time around on my own terms. I look very much forward to tell you more about this in my next newsletter.
As always, get in contact if you would like to know more about my work or want to collaborate. Drop me an e-mail at mail@jonaskasperjensen.com
Thank you for reading.
